I chose this specific location because I’ve been to almost every restaurants in ochi rios, but maybe I should’ve just taken my birthday celebration to Kingston. Don’t get me wrong the ambience of the restaurant was good, the vibes was just right the man doing the fire entertainment was fun 10/10 but what broke my mood was the waitress she was so unprofessional “no Likkle smiling on her face” from she greeted us at the entrance her vibes was a no no for me.
And I highly believe that proper customer service sells big time, a food might not taste good but because of the customer a person may return. But your worker customer service is not ready for the line of business you’re doing.
From ordering the dinner and juice to getting the juice and even a hour after there’s no food
When I got the food she carried what I didn’t order “ I don’t eat rice” and when I told her she told me take the food and eat it. She lacks manners big time.
Truth be told I lost my appetite and if I said I ate everything even though the food taste great I’d be telling a lie “ it was thrown away the next day”
I don’t mind spending and wherever I go I tip big and I ensure everyone tip as well but with her level of unprofessionalism I didn’t give her a dime.

But what brightened my night was the fact that I met the great LoudBoss and her personality is so damn great even when u explained to her how I was feeling she still wanted to do something small on the house for me. “ Thank you “
I will be visiting  again and it’s  because of you “loudboss” and another waitress who apologized even though she wasn’t the one that messed up the evening

I had an amazing experience at Omnia! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was elegant, welcoming, and full of great energy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The food and drinks were delicious, beautifully presented, and definitely worth it. The music and overall vibe created the perfect setting for a relaxing yet exciting night out. The food was so bad . It's my first time there . I was there for my birthday on the June 28 and we were so disappointed.  Service was very poor . It's so expensive and the food doesn't taste good
